Our competitor analysis revealed gaps in creative approach and market positioning. After an in-depth audit of previous campaigns, website issues, and financial performance, we rebuilt everything from the ground up. Initial testing revealed that an aggressive push strategy, emotional-only voice, and limiting to one gender did NOT work.
